Requirements:
Bachelor/Masters Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or its equivalent.
Minimum 5 years experience in Training and Development including working knowledge and experience of the training and development cycle (from training needs analysis, to development, implementation/facilitation and evaluation of training effectiveness).
Experienced in delivering training programs including Leadership and Management; Soft Skills; Quality related and experimental as well as IT related (software and systems) training.
Working knowledge of JCI accreditation is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain effective internal and external client relationships.
Excellent organisation skills with an ability to use initiative and work under sustained pressure.
Excellent attention to detail with an ability to solve problems.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Exceptional computer skills; proficient in using Microsoft Office products at an intermediate/advanced level.
Exceptional spoken and written communicative proficiency in English; Arabic would be an added advantage.
Ability to adapt and be flexible.
An understanding of ‘Service Excellence’.
Understanding of Confidentiality.
Previous experience and knowledge of the dynamics and challenges that exist within the healthcare industry coupled with exposure to working within a multi-location environment is highly desirable.
Previous work experience in a multinational company (within the UAE) with a multicultural workforce is highly desirable.

To conduct training needs identification/analysis.
To develop training plans based on the outcome of the training needs analysis.
To design in-house, customized training interventions.
To plan, organize and implement assigned training activities.
To be responsible for managing training investment.
To evaluate effectiveness of training interventions and identify opportunities for continual people development.
To actively promote a ‘Service culture’ within the department and across the EHL Group.
