Secretary - Director of Nursing - The City Hospital - Dubai

Requirements:
    Medical secretary qualification or relevant experience.
    Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar environment.
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    Typing speed of 55 w.p.m. & shorthand speed of 80 w.p.m.
    Excellent aptitude in Computers (Microsoft Office and PowerPoint presentations).
    Must be organized.
    Must have good interpersonal skills.
    Must be able to prioritise and manage own workload.

Key Outputs:
    Diaries are organized and updated as per requirements set by relevant managers
    Stationery items are ordered, stock levels managed, and usage is monitored as per procedure
    Travel arrangements are made and followed-up as per procedure
    Telephone attended to immediately and complaints and queries directed to appropriate persons as per guidelines
    Documentation, minutes and correspondence are typed and distributed according to set standards
    Meeting minutes are taken and accurately recorded and typed
    Reports prepared as needed
    Staff and patient information confidentiality is maintained at all times
