Patient Admin Assistant - The City Hospital - Dubai

Requirements:
    Education at a Graduate level desirable.
    2 years experience in customer service.
    Experience in a hospital environment will be an advantage.
    Computer literacy / typing skills.
    Ablility to speak, read and write fluently in English.
    Ablility to speak fluently in Arabic.
    Ability to function independently under pressure.
    A calm nature.
    A neat & well-groomed appearance.
    Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to be in the frontline dealing with members of the public.
    Basic understanding of cultural, religious and traditional differences.
    Good team player.
    Able to work shifts, day, night, weekends and public holidays as needed.
    Good problem solving skills.

Key Outputs:

    Managing telephone calls.
    Managing doctor's appointments.
    Managing day to day clerical works.
    Managing counter enquiries, and directing patients and families to the appropriate areas.
    Escorting customers to different departments.
