Patient Administrator - The City Hospital - Dubai

Requirements:

    Minimum Grade 12.
    Graduate with a tertiary diploma or degree will be an advantage.
    Previous experience in healthcare industry and customer relations.
    Experience in both reception and billing; in a hospital setting a definite plus.
    Familiarity with Medical Insurance policies is an advantage.
    Working experience in a computerized environment, particularly on Hospital Information Systems.
    Must be fluent in English.
    Fluency in Arabic and knowledge of medical terminology will be an advantage.
    Able to work different shift: morning, day, evening and/or night shifts.

Medical Records Coder - The City Hospital - Dubai

Requirements:
    Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Medical Records or Certificate in Medical Coding Program from an accredited institution.
    Minimum of three years experience in coding of diagnosis and other medical procedures.
    Familiar with and experienced in using various coding system procedures such as the International Classification of Diseases 10th Revision (ICD-10), Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) or Office of Population Censuses and Surveys Classification of Surgical Operations and Procedures Fourth Revision (OPCS-4).

Training Officer - EHL Management Services - Dubai

Requirements:
    Bachelor/Masters Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or its equivalent.
    Minimum 5 years experience in Training and Development including working knowledge and experience of the training and development cycle (from training needs analysis, to development, implementation/facilitation and evaluation of training effectiveness).
    Experienced in delivering training programs including Leadership and Management; Soft Skills; Quality related and experimental as well as IT related (software and systems) training.
