Responsible for prequalifying contractors, preparing bid documents, conducting biddings, evaluating and clarifying bids, negotiating pieces, preparing awards recommendations and finalizing contracts for services such as civil, electrical and mechanical works, projects, general services, operation and maintenance and other related services. Performs work according to contracting policies and procedures of the Company.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with minim 5 years experience. Experience in handling contract disputes and claims is a plus. Excellent command in both written and spoken English. Excellent computer skills; specifically Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
