The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), established as an autonomous body under the Chartered Accountants Ordinance, 1961, seeks to induct a high-caliber professional and dynamic individual for the position of “Chief Operating Officer Secretary” at its Head Office in Karachi. The position reports directly to the President ICAP.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FUNCTIOS:
·         Lead & direct all operational activities for effective management of the Institute. Provide strategic planning for better governance and enhancement of institute’s existing facilities and capabilities.
·         Lead and provide strategic thrust towards enhancing the role & image of the Institute towards development of “Financial Leaders” of international standards for all business sectors.
·         Maintain excellent working relationship with other professional bodies, within Pakistan & internationally.

Deputy General Manager Finance - Pakistan Steel - Karachi

Pakistan Steel invites applications from dynamic energetic honest, resourceful, self imitating, well groomed and career ambitious individuals for appointment as Deputy General Manager (Finance) on contract basis. Candidate should ideally have:

·        ACA /ACCA / MBA (Finance) from a recognized local / foreign University of repute.
·        Demonstrated leadership, communication and inter personnel skills to meet organizational objective.
·        Maximum upper age limit 47 years.

Job Profile:
·        The prospective candidate must possess 5-7 years post qualification experience with minimum 03 years in Finance and Treasury, including preparation and control of Budgetary Allocations.
·        Must possess adequate knowledge and expertise in establishment and operations of Letter of Credit and handling of related matters.
·        Must be acquainted with Financial Planning and Cash flow Projections.
·        Must be familiar with best practices in internal controls ad systems.
·        Efficiency in computer skills.
