General Sales Agent Manager - dnata - Dubai

In this role you will be responsible for planning and managing the operation and expansion of dnata's General Sales Agent (GSA) airline business in UAE to ensure achievement of market share, revenue & contribution targets through dynamic management & representation of GSA airlines.

Qualifications

    Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in a business related discipline.

Experience
    8 years experience at a senior management capacity of a travel based organisation, with expertise in managing GSA travel trade related business and Customer Service Relationship Management.

Knowledge/skills
    Knowledge of IATA regulations, airline, policies and procedures together with documentation and accounting requirements.
    Familiarity with the Gulf travel business environment is desirable to understand customer needs and supplier capability.
