* A credible record of accomplishment in the field of Management Development with excellent management training encouraging and analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to lead a team of highly qualified achievement-oriented professionals.
* Minimum 43-52 years of age with at least 15-20 years of enriched experience in the relevant field.
